Once you place an order on houseofalghanim.com, it will take 3-4 weeks to complete your order before dispatching it from our warehouse for shipment. 

Shipping Methods:  

Domestic/Overnight Parcels: Orders will take 1-2 business days. 

International/Priority Parcel Express: Orders will take 5-7 business days. 

The delivery period starts once your order is picked up by Aramex/FedEx from our main warehouse; depending on availability. We regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee the shipping durations stated above as that is based on the carrier and location.  

Upon dispatch, you will receive the shipping confirmation to the email address you provided. Your shipment tracking number will be included in the email.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout page.

International Shipments: 

All international shipments start with a flat shipping fee and may incur further costs, including customs fees, taxes, and/or other duties. House of Alghanim will not hold responsibility for such fees. It is fully the customer’s responsibility. Once the location and shipping method are confirmed, the total shipping fee will be calculated and charged at the checkout page. 

Orders made during weekends or official holidays will be processed the following business day.
