You may return any item(s) purchased from House of Alghanim within 7 days from receiving the order in Kuwait and within 14 days from receiving the order for international orders. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping fees in the event a return is made.  

House of Alghanim reserves the right to refuse late returns or an item(s) that is not in its original condition. 

Start a Return 

Please follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your account and go to the “My Account” section.   

2. On the “My Account” page, select “Orders” and click on the “View” button on the item you wish to return. You can then request a return for specific items or the entire order. 

3. Visit the “My Refund Requests” section on your account page to check your return/refund status. Please contact our Customer Care team at info@houseofalghanim.com for further assistance. 

Make sure the item(s) you wish to return must be in its original condition, with tags, and packaging attached. It should be unused, unwashed, unmarked, and unaltered. If possible, returning the original delivery box is preferable. 

The original invoice must be included in any return(s).   

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed when it arrives at our warehouse. The item(s) will be returned to you and your request for a return will be rejected if the conditions outlined above are not met. You will receive a refund in the original form of payment after your return has been accepted and processed, along with a refund confirmation email.
